‘We’re all journalists now’
Traditional forms of marketing won't serve us in the future. Most of us think of marketing as making more people aware of what we do, but this rather bland, factual message leaves people cold and does little to differentiate us from our rivals. It makes more sense to talk about the things that DO make us different. In our opinion, our people, our relationships and the stories we generate are our true unique selling point (USP). It's what makes us us; it's our own personal real estate and gives people a feel for who we are and what we stand for.
