This year's fourth Café International event took place on Wednesday, 19th of May 2010 at 18.00 in Kavarna “KavaČaj” Slamič in Ljubljana.
We were participating at the interesting debate entitled “Distance permits relationships - closeness develops them”. Mr. Cees WM Nieboer, the CEO of HeRoes Group who is HR Specialist and Management Consultant who works in business more than 30 years talked more on how to manage business relationships with special touch on: process requirements of employment from the perspective of employer and applicant, the personality and expectation aspects and best practice cases with supporting tools and methods. The debate was moderated by Mr. Jurij Giacomelli, member of the SDBP Executive Committee, and more than 30 guests was present.
