At the December Cafe International we talked about the sustainability and ecotourism.
Ms. Gaja Brecelj from Umanotera, a well known professional in sustainable tourism, showed us the impacts of tourism on our environment, what to do about it and how to create sustainable destinations.
We have many good practices in Slovenia regarding sustainable environment and tourism. We hosted guests from the Nature Development Centre and International Centre for Eco-remediation, Ms. Ana Vovk Korže, Ms. Jerneja Križan and Ms. Bojana Korez. They introduced their practical experience in setting up their project. As Slovenia is a small market Ms. Tinca Štokojnik from Zvezdar showed us how to enable sustainable success to sustainable destinations.
